Telefonica, CaixaBank and Santander form a joint e-commerce venture

CaixaBank, Banca Santander and Telefonica announced a partnership in order to create a joint venture in e-commerce “Yaap”. The new company’s mission is to provide a «global and open digital services that will improve the daily lives of users.» In the coming months Yaap plans to launch two new services — Yaap Shopping and Yaap Money.
