PayPal launches European version of the mobile payment service PayPal Here

PayPal introduced a «chip and PIN» version of the service for conversion the mobile phones into the terminals to accept payments with payment cards. Launched in the U.S. last year, the original service PayPal Here consisted of a free app and a small card reader that turns phones into mobile payment systems. Using them, consumers can accept cards to process the transactions.
