MasterCard acquires processing company ElectraCard Services

MasterCard announced an agreement with Opus Software Solutions in order to acquire its subsidiary ElectraCard Services Private Limited (ECS), an international provider of solutions and services for processing of electronic payments and card systems. This transaction is expected to be completed in the second quarter of 2014.
