The Central bank of Egypt, MasterCard and Etisalat launched a mobile wallet in Egypt

As part of the world’s first Arab mobile money program, MasterCard, National Bank of Egypt and telecommunications provider Etisalat launched a mobile wallet in Egypt.
The program is part of the introduction of mobile payment proposal that MasterCard and Egyptian banking company presented to 94 million of mobile users in the country. The new solution will use the Etisalat network, and can be installed on any mobile device.
