PayToo launches mobile bill payment service

Mobile payment platform PayToo launched mobile bill payment service called PayToo Bill Payments. The new service allows users in the U.S. to pay their bills with their mobile devices. Users can pay utility bills, mortgage or car payments, credit card payments, and cable bills from their PayToo accounts, even from outside the country or if there is no the U.S. bank account.
