PayPal allows to pay online without cards in Finland, Romania and Bulgaria

PayPal has concluded an agreement with the supplier of payment solutions Trust Pay to launch a service that will allow users to transfer funds from their bank account to PayPal account and make online payments without using a bank card.
The recently introduced service is available to all users in Finland, Romania and Bulgaria.
