Mint Wireless plans to launch a local version of Square in Australia

Australian mobile payments provider Mint Wireless is negotiating with three of the four largest banks in order to launch the device that after connection to the phone would allow small businesses to accept credit cards. Company, therefore, attempts to replicate the success of the American startup Square.
