MasterCard has introduced a new prepaid card in Europe

One of the leading international payment systems MasterCard together with the electronic payment provider Ukash announced the new prepaid card designed for foreign currency exchange by British tourists at a better rate. In addition, card has no subscription fee, no operation commission and no fees for cash withdrawals from ATMs in other countries.
