American Express is testing HCE technology in Croatia

American financial services company American Express, along with Croatian bank Privredna Banka Zagreb, which is a part of the Italian banking group Intesa Sanpaolo, is testing NFC-payment service that uses technology Host Card Emulation (HCE). To use this service, cardholders of bank Privredna Banka Zagreb must install on their smartphones a special mobile application with NFC support.
