WorldPay acquires YESpay

International provider of payments and risk management services WorldPay has acquired the international card payments provider YESpay.
Through the use of technology YESpay, WorldPay will be able to offer customers in the UK different payment services, such as merchant acquiring, processing of card payments and payment terminals integrated with the point of sale.
