Payoneer received a license to issue electronic money in the EU

Payoneer EU, a subsidiary of the international processing company Payoneer, received a license to issue electronic money in the EU. Thus, this license allows them not only to issue e-money in all the member states of the European Union, but also to be the issuer of payment cards MasterCard.
