PayPal allows French users to top-up the mobile phones of friends and family

PayPal has introduced a new money transfer service that allows French users of PayPal to recharge mobile accounts of family and friends.
The new service PayPal Mobile Reload was designed by TransferTo, a subsidiary of Ingenico. It allows users to transfer funds in real-time to 200 mobile operators in more than 60 countries.
To use the new service, the French users of PayPal need to go to a special website, choose the country, enter the mobile number and the amount they want to send to another phone number, and then pay by PayPal.
