British financial company Barclays has expanded and improved its mobile payment app Pingit, adding the ability to pay for goods via the app or mobile website.
Mobile service Pingit, which connects to the bank account of the user, requires the user to enter the five-digit code to approve the payment. Once the customer selects items in the application, he is given the opportunity to pay via Pingit, rather than putting credit card details.
