British consumers are increasingly declare their readiness to transfer deposits to another bank or open an account in the new financial institution in order to gain access to mobile payments. This was stated by Zapp, provider of mobile payments.
The survey involved two thousand British people. 44% of them are willing to transfer their money to another bank in a case their financial institution is unable to offer mobile payment services.
