MasterCard makes traders use contactless POS-terminals

International payment system MasterCard plans that all European traders will switch to use contactless POS-terminals during six years. Starting from January, 1 2016, all new POS-terminals must accept contactless payments. And existing POS-terminals have to be replaced with new ones that will support this standard until January, 1 2020.
